Pricing

This pricing guide is nothing more than a guide. It gives you an idea of what your website may cost. Additional costs may be incurred depending on the needs and requirements of your website and the pages within. These costs are not limited to but may include extensive graphic design and additional functions, utilities, and tools not included with basic websites and shopping carts. 50% of the total estimated website cost is due up-front. The balance will be due at completion. The same is true for Microsoft Access database systems.  

Corporate and Brochure Style Websites

Approximate Cost: $400

  • Includes up to 8 pages
    • $30 per page for additional pages
  • Includes up to 3 photos per page
    • Additional photos $10 each
  • Includes logo/header design or touch up
  • Includes optimized relevant content (metadata, keywords, links etc) for search engine results
  • Includes site submission to search engines and directories

Administration Panel Added to Website – Admin panels allow YOU to edit and add website content, pictures, and news. There are many benefits to the admin panel that you will not want to do without!

Approximate Cost: $200

  • Includes a customized setup to what you need for your company and users
  • Includes one to two training sessions as needed

Shopping Carts / Catalogs

Approximate Cost: $700

  • Includes up to 75 products (product images enlarge when shopping cart user clicks on them).
    • Additional products $7.00 each
  • Includes options / attributes for no more than 15 products
    • Additional products with attributes $10.00 each
  • Includes logo/header design or touch up
  • Includes optimized relevant content (metadata, keywords, links etc) for search engine results
  • Includes site submission to search engines, directories, and showcases
  • Adding products after the website is built will incur costs:
    • $7.00 per item for 1 to 8 items, if Cyberland Design adds items and images (both small and large).
    • $5.00 per item if over 8 items will be added.
  • Shopping carts include an admin panel which allows you to perform many functions such as editing content, inactivating items, deleting items and attributes, adding attributes, printing invoices, and much more.
  • Adding images is best done with a File Transfer Protocol program and is something Cyberland Designs will gladly do for you at a reasonable cost when items need to be added.

Semi-Annual Service and Maintenance Fees – Twice a year you will be charged for service and maintenance of your website. These fees include but are not limited to charges for routine cleaning and maintenance of the database linked to your website, domain name fees and registration, web hosting service, and other issues that may arise.

Semi-Annual Cost Range: $100 – $300  

Search Engine Optimization

  • Additional Search Engine Optimization may incur additional costs
  • SEO is included with the website, however depending on the needs of your search ranking, it will take additional resources to get your site to the top
  • Cost can range from $150 to $500 depending on requirements
